Augmented Reality Robotics: Programming a 5 DOF Robot with Vuforia
In this video, we showcase our innovative engineering project where we use augmented reality and Vuforia to program a 5 DOF robot. We model the target using Vuforia and augment a robot model onto the physical robot. The user can then interact with the augmented robot in real-time while the physical robot stays at the home position. This allows for a more intuitive and user-friendly programming experience. Once the path planning is complete, the saved path can be transferred to the physical robot, which follows the same path. Our project demonstrates the potential of using augmented reality and Vuforia in robotics programming. Watch to see how we bring our project to life!
