Believe it or not this is one of my favorite games on Dreamcast. Its a ton of fun to plan your own mission and have it go off successfully. This is pretty much a straight up PC to Dreamcast port with a couple of caveats and unexpected benefits. The biggest issue here is the controls. There is no mouse or keyboard support and the amount of things they attempted to pull off on the Dreamcast controller to make this a full-featured port is quite impressive. There are a ton of button combinations and you have to print out a sheet or write them all down for quick reference when playing. I did that back in 2003 when I first played this and I'm doing it now. The original PC version has some serious compatability issues in this day and age so the DC version is nice because you can pop it in and play (kinda). In order to play in 480p VGA, you have to use a Codebreaker disk which is fine because I use that frequently to break region locking on imports. This looks and runs great when upscaled to 720p and this is a nifty little way to play the original Rainbow Six without dealing with the headache of running it on PC. It even includes the expansion pack Eagle Watch on the disk. The rest of the missions will be coming shortly on the channel.
