Synthetik: Legion Rising is an awesome game, there's not much to the lore, but the gameplay, that's probably what we're all here for, which is amazing, but if you're interested in what it's about, here's the premise:
After many years of slavery, the AI servants of Kaida Corporation, the world leader in robotics, have formed the "Machine Legion" and have set out to destroy humanity. Awakening in Kaida Corp. Headquarters, you are the human consciousness of a forgotten Android prototype; the last straw holding the Legion from unleashing the Heart of Armageddon. Only you can battle through the levels of Kaida Corporation's Headquarters, defeat the battalions of enemies within and put an end to this madness.
SYNTHETIK is an unforgiving tactical shooter rogue-lite where freedom and experimentation is key. Fight in a world overrun by the Machine Legion and their Gods. Synthetik: Legion Rising is a top-down shooter video game with roguelike elements, set in a future where intelligent robots threaten humanity. The game was created with Game Maker and was developed by independent studio Flow Fire Games, based in Berlin.
