Videogame Boss Battle 2
The second video in the "Videogame Boss Battle" series, a series of fun workouts I created while teaching elementary physical education in a virtual setting. These are aimed at K-5, but I have had good feedback from high schoolers and parents, as well. The workouts get you up and moving, but are pretty low-impact and FUN! Battle the megalomaniacal Mr. Marcusson as he powers up and transforms, becoming more powerful as the workout goes.
