Videogame Boss Battle 5
The fifth video in the "Videogame Boss Battle" series, a series of fun workouts I created while teaching elementary physical education in a virtual setting. These are aimed at K-5, but I have had good feedback from high schoolers and parents, as well. The workouts get you up and moving, but are pretty low-impact and FUN! Battle the megalomaniacal Mr. Marcusson as he powers up and transforms, becoming more powerful as the workout goes.
If you thought you knew all of Mr. Marcusson's moves...well, you ain't seen nothin' yet! Get ready to sweat!
