THE RECIPE FOR STUFFED DRY EGGPLANTS AND DRIED PEPPERS WITH SOFT OLIVE OIL

materials;
20 dried eggplants
20 dried peppers
FOR INTERNAL MORTAR;
4 large onions
1.5 cups olive oil (300ml )
1 tablespoon of dried mint
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 cups of rice
1 cup of room temperature water ( 200 ml)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of reyhan
1 teaspoon of red ground pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil (to drizzle over)
enough boiling water to rise over it to cook
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of lemon salt
optional lemon for serving
