Mitchell River Silt Jetties (drone)
Location: Mitchell River silt jetties
Gippsland Lakes, Victoria
(some 239 km east of central Melbourne)

Known as a digitate delta, the jetties were formed by sediment deposition from the Mitchell River. They extend out about 6km into the lake.
Dates: December 31, 2023 & January 1, 2024
