I arrived in Katoomba well after sunset, and drove straight to this location. I'd lost the light, but flew anyway. Just twenty minutes earlier would have been perfect! I initially deemed the footage too dark to use, but five months on have decided to post it, having wrung every last ounce of light out of it that I can! :-)
Early the next morning when I drove out to the end of the road the camper-van was still parked there. Not a bad spot to spend the night - although you'd want to be sure to engage the handbrake!

For a better quality viewing, watch YouTube video in the highest resolution you can stream - irrespective of your screen resolution (assuming you're looking at something larger than a phone). Reduced compression on YouTube's higher resolution versions (eg. 2.7K & 4K) results in clearer images.
