I don’t know any of my songs with this feel. It’s a unique offering from my catalog to go where this song takes you lyrically and musically together. The longing endures because you feel it as much as you hear it. A distinctive tune that hits its mark in the realms of wanting, hoping for and yearning for something deeply.
The music is intriguing, how it turns and comes back at you with surprise and welcome. As the cavalcade of emotive tonality surges forth in diverse sound sonically. With a feeling deep in the unusual music and tune that connects in a way you can’t quite identify. An interesting departure from most of my other songwriting.
