No egg No Oven Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Oil-1/2
Curd- 1 cup
Milk- 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
Crushed jaggery or jaggery powder- 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1+1/2
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Almonds for toppings
👇*Tips and Tricks*👇
*Bake in cooker without whistle and ring in medium flame for 30-35mins
*Place a small katori or plate upside down and then place the cake tin over it
*No need to put salt or sand below while baking
*Mix the wet ingredients very well
*Don't overmix the batter after adding dry ingredients just mix until everything gets combined
*If you're baking cake in kadhai or any vessel then make sure you don't fully cover the kadhai, keep the small gap whole covering the kadhai with plate so that air could pass and doesn't create moisture inside the kadhai or else you will end up getting sticky cake top
