Soft and delicious yeast free cheese buns. These poghachas are perfect for breakfast/sahur and ready in no time!

Ingredients📝
For the dough:
400-450 g white flour
200 g natural yogurt
2 eggs (1egg + 1 egg white, leave the yolk for brushing)
120 g vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
For the filling:
200 g white cheese
Chopped parsley
Preparation👩🏻🍳
1. In a large bowl whisk yogurt, eggs. Combine flour, salt, baking powder. Gradually stir in yogurt mixture, vegetable oil.
2. Knead the dough with your hands. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and roll each into a smooth ball.
4. Flatten the dough with your hands. Put the filling in the center and fold the dough.
5. Brush the top of buns with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesane seeds.
6. Bake in preheated to 180C oven until golden on top.
