The five largest waterfalls in the world, by height, are Angel Falls in Venezuela, towering at 3,212 feet (979 meters), making it the tallest waterfall globally. Olo’upena Falls in Hawaii ranks second, plunging 2,953 feet (900 meters) on Moloka’i Island. Yosemite Falls in California, with a total height of 2,425 feet (739 meters), is the third highest, cascading within Yosemite National Park. Next is Sutherland Falls in New Zealand, reaching 1,904 feet (580 meters), located in Fiordland National Park. Lastly, Tugela Falls in South Africa, with a drop of 948 feet (289 meters), situated in the Drakensberg Mountains. Each of these waterfalls offers a breathtaking view of nature’s grandeur and scale.
