Elon falls to Wake Forest 35-7
Winston-Salem, NC - Elon fell to Wake Forest tonight, 35-7, in front of a crowd of 31,454. The Phoenix drop to 2-1 on the season and Wake Forest improves to 2-1.
The Demon Deacons finished the game with 426 total offensive yards compared to 263 total yards for the Phoenix. Wake Forest senior quarterback Riley Skinner finished the game with 289 passing yards and three touchdowns.
