Quadratics x and y intercepts and vertex (Characteristics of Quadratics 2 of 2)
This video is one of many in the series "Quadratic Functions and Equations" set of examples. When given a quadratic function in standard form, we can discuss the characteristics of the function. In this video, we will use one example to show how to find the x and y intercepts and determine the vertex. These questions are typically found in Pre-calculus 11 and 12 in the BC Canadian math curriculum.
