Looking Back 30/30 - from Tom Foote to TimeBank Tom
My birth name is Toohey. I spent many years as Foote because my Toohey dad died and stepdad Foote stepped in thank you very much.
I was on TV in New Orleans from 1982 - 1987. I came on between cartoons for five years and because Top Gun was such a popular movie at the time I joined the Jewish Women's League to participate in their child safety program, I called what I was doing - Top Kid.
A Top Kid wasn't necessarily THE Very Bestest Greatest Number One Kid In The World, but darnit, this kid was the best kid they could be and I was their cheer leader.
Later I moved back to Toohey and then Michigan for my sons Justin and Mark.
Today I'm TimeBank Tom; "Join a time bank or start a time bank today."
