CPRIT Grantee Spotlight - Ken Hsu
The University of Texas at Austin recruited CPRIT Scholar Ku-Lung “Ken” Hsu, Ph.D., from the University of Virginia in May 2022 with the support of a $4 million CPRIT Recruitment of Rising Stars grant (RR220063). Dr. Hsu, associate professor, Department of Chemistry, is a chemical biologist who studies protein and lipid activity in human biology and disease. His lab develops technologies such as covalent probes and inhibitors and proteomic screening to discover new ways to target cancer initiation, progression, and resistance.
