CSX M401-25 SB in Effingham w/ flared MAC Rebuild 4763 leading
Here's a video of CSX M401-25 heading SB through Effingham with one of the finest, Huntington rebuild flared MACs leading the way on this fairly short Waycross bound freight. This was one of two trains I came out to the A-Line for, and got myself in position here at Effingham after hearing them getting permission to come south out of Florence. Of course I knew they would need to stop at Java to meet Amtrak 90, so I had time to plan the shot out. Anyway, there must have been a speed restriction somewhere nearby, because like Amtrak 90, 401 didn't move fast either. As disappointing as that was, it was still good to catch a shiny flared MAC rebuild at the point of this train. As always, enjoy the video!
