Gulab Jamun Recipe for Diwali 𑁍 Pankaj Sharma
The famous Indian sweets GULAB JAMUN, an easy and foolproof recipe. A recipe filmed in my kitchen, includes a commercial collaboration :)

100g powdered milk
30g flour
280g caster sugar
1 tablespoon yogurt
6 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 green cardamom pods
a few strands of saffron
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon rose water
35cl water
