Indian Recipe Zucchini Masala 𑁍 Pankaj Sharma
A recipe for Indian Zucchini Masala, a delicious vegetarian Indian dish. A recipe filmed in my kitchen :)
Ingredients:
1 yellow zucchini
1 green zucchini
1 tomato
1 red onion
5g fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic
3/4 teaspoon black mustard seeds (rai)
3/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
3 pinches asafoetida (hing)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tablespoon coriander powder (dhania)
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
40g tomato puree
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt
