Proximity map of the Chartres Labyrinth. Each point on the map is coloured according to the distance between two points on the labyrinth, from bright red (near) to almost black (far). The diagonal from lower left to upper right represents when the two points on the labyrinth coincide, giving a distance of zero. Red zones elsewhere correspond to regions of close approach.
