MATERIALS NEEDED:
• Knife Safety Patch Program document: https://bit.ly/KnifeSafetyPatchProgram (Includes a paper knife template, Knife Safety Activity worksheet, and Girl Scout Pocket Knife/Jackknife Safety Pledge)
• card stock or construction paper (optional)
• a brass fastener or twist tie
• scissors
• lipstick (optional)
• a bar of soap or block of clay/play dough
• a toothpick/pencil (optional)
• a knife – plastic will work
• an adult to supervise girls using knives
HOW TO GET THE PATCH:
The Knife Safety patch can be purchased from our GSWPA shops for $1.25 by emailing [email protected], calling customer care at 800-248-3355, or by calling the Pittsburgh shop directly at 412-594-2235. Fun patches can be worn on the back of Girl Scout's vest or sash.
