From the Angerpark in Duisburg, you can see steel and coking plants, docking stations, car storage parks, and airport and the The Rhine. This industrial landscape inspired the walking rollercoaster sculpture; Tiger and Turtle.

The 21 metre high ‘stroller coaster’ was designed as a protest against the speed we all live at. It is probably the slowest coaster in the world!

The loop of the sculpture is sealed but you can get a sense of how much like a rollercoaster the Tiger and Turtle is if you run the length of the rest of it.
