Step by Step Tutorial:
1. Ctrl + J to duplicate background, right click on it and convert it to smart Object.
2. Filter - Blur - Radial Blur, Amount = 100%, Zoom, Best, Blur Center = where's your light source from.
3. Change Blending Mode to Screen.
4. Add a Levels Adjustment layer & right click - create Clipping Mask.
5. Slightly drag black pin to the right and white pin to the left.
6. Add a Hue / Saturation Adjustment layer & right click - create Clipping Mask.
7. Tick Colorize, Hue = 40, Saturation = 25, Lightness = 5.
8. Right Click on Hue & Saturation Adjustment layer - Blending Options.
9. Under Underlying Layer, hold Alt & drag black pin slightly to the right.
10. Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to merge all layer into a new layer and convert it into smart object.
11. Filter - Render - Lens Flare, Pick 105mm Prime & lower down the Brightness.
