Celebrating Students: Grab Bag
Want to get rid of some stuff? Let students earn it!
Create a bag with random items throughout a set timeframe. items could be school supplies, trinkets, snacks, hats, toys, etc. Students may randomly fibd a one dollar bill, two dollar bill or 50 cent piece.
Set your expectations and push student to meet them leading up to the day of your celebration.
The rules were set when the celebration bag was first introduced. The set rules were:
1. You get 10 seconds to look through the bag and pick a reward.
2. You could not pull items out and nothing could fall out. If so, that's your prize.
3. You must not talk about what you saw in the bag or you possibly forfeit your reward the next time you earn it.
4. The bag must be closed and put bag before time is up.
