Student Engagement: Books to Game Boards
Instead of having students work out of the books, they were able to interact with the fluency lesson through boards.
The problems in the lesson were turned into self-checking task cards. Students worked to achieve the correct solution to problems. If their solution was correct, they were able to move on the game board.
