Pacing falls under “Teaching Methodology” in the Professional Essentials category of core competencies.

For a Yoga Alliance Registered School Training, at least 50 Hours go in the Professional Essentials category. This includes pacing and also sequencing, cueing, and other important Teaching Methodology competencies listed in the image above.

In today’s video, we’re taking a deeper look at the Teaching Methodology competencies for the 200-hour training. We talk about what it is, why it’s important, and one of the fun activities we use to make the training experiential and not lecturing.

If you are a children’s yoga teacher, consider getting your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification that is needed for the Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher Designation.

Young Yoga Masters offers an amazing experience through the Ambassador Yoga 200-Hour Training. All the details are on the Young Yoga Masters website.
