Make Your Bed | Practical Advice from the 4 Cardinal Virtues
It can sometimes feel difficult to pursue a meaningful life within every day norms. Sometimes the practical seems unimportant. But arguably it's the most important. In pursuing a meaningful life it would be unfortunate to disregard the importance of virtues in every day tasks. While there have been many lists over the years of what would be virtues, the Cardinal Virtues have cemented themselves as the most important and universal virtues.
The Cardinal Virtues (found in Plato's Republic Book IV 426–435) are Prudence, Justice, Fortitude and Temperance. In this video I'm going to go over how to grow in each of these important virtues by doing something as simple as making your bed. I hope this is helpful for you.
