Why Do We Feel Guilty After Playing Video Games
It's a bizarre sensation to feel guilty for doing recreational activities. I know I'm not alone with my feelings of guilt surrounding video games. Not everyone who plays them feels this way. And even for those who do, it isn't every time that they feel bad about it.
In this video, I examine the reasons why anyone would feel guilty after playing video games. And then propose some ways that I am choosing to live a more purposeful life while still incorporating video games.
