Ingredients:
1/2 cup active sourdough starter
2 cups non-chlorinated and non-treated water at room temperature
3 teaspoons non-iodized salt
1/3 cup raw honey
3/4 cup roasted and unsalted pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup roasted and unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup whole flaxseeds
4 cups whole spelt flour
