1961 Beetle split in 2! // Pulling the body from the pan

The last big job on this 1961 Volkswagen! We have never done this and if you haven’t you should! We separated the body from the pan. After soaking all the bolts with pb blaster we only broke a few. Now that it’s down it was surprisingly easy. Now it’s ready for all the rust repair and suspension rebuild. Lots of work ahead but we are excited to get this project moving forward and putting new parts on it! Thanks for watching and stay tune for more ok beetle work!
