How to Replace Floor Pans // 1961 VW Beetle! Front end Removal!
We start the rust repair process. First is replacing the whole passenger side floor pan. It’s rooted completely out! After reaching out on some local club pages I was able to get two floor pans for free! I do believe they are a slightly newer year but they fit. We also are able to get the front end removed for disassembly and paint. We are lucky that the floor pan is the only rust on the pan. Only other panel that will need repair is our heater channel but that’s for another day. Thanks for watching
