Tree House Night View | Kamero Consults x Shirshak Baniya
A tree is a life. So, the structure is kept independent from the tree itself. As per the client, the tree house is expected to be a knowledge center, first of its kind in Nepal.
The tree house 10'x13' is accompanied by a deck of 12'x12'. The decking platform is built by using "sweden pine wood." The heavy foundation, which also functions as seating is provided in order to counter the weight on the tree house. The mud mortar is used as finishing item on the seating.
Key features of the project are:
Bamboo has been used as the main structural component. Flattened bamboo is used as the false ceiling of the main tree house building. In addition, stone masonry, mud plaster, and ms-steel in critical components have been adopted.
