Adopt-a-JSR for Java EE meeting #2
This is an Adopt-a-JSR online meeting with Spec Leads for Java EE 8 JSRs being developed through the Java Community Process (JCP) program. Interested Java User Group leaders can hear directly from Spec Leads the latest status on JSR 365 (CDI 2.0), JSR 371 (MVC), JSR 362 (Portlet 3.0) and JSR 378 (Portlet Bridge for JSF) JSRs. We will have 20 minutes per JSR - briefly describe status, and provide suggestions for how JUGs can contribute through the Adopt-a-JSR program and help at this point.
This is the second of several online meetings in 2017. We also plan to have a meeting in a few weeks featuring more JSRs such as Bean Validation (JSR 380), JAX-RS (JSR 370) and the Security JSR.
