===========
To trim files in Blender, follow these steps:
Open Blender and create a new project or open an existing one.
In the Blender's main window, select the "Video Editing" workspace. You can do this by using the workspace switcher at the top of the window and selecting "Video Editing" from the list of available workspaces.
In the "Video Editing" workspace, click on the "Add" button at the top of the window and choose "Movie" to add a video clip to the timeline. You can also drag and drop a video clip directly onto the timeline from your file explorer.
Once the video clip is added to the timeline, you can scrub through it to find the section you want to trim. You can use the timeline cursor or the playhead to navigate through the video clip.
To trim the clip, move the timeline cursor or the playhead to the beginning of the section you want to keep, and press the "I" key on your keyboard to set an "In" point. Then, move the timeline cursor or the playhead to the end of the section you want to keep, and press the "O" key on your keyboard to set an "Out" point. This will define the section that you want to keep in your final video.
To remove the unwanted portion of the clip, select the strip on the timeline that you want to trim, and press the "X" key on your keyboard to delete it. Alternatively, you can right-click on the strip and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
If you want to save your trimmed video clip as a new file, click on the "Output" tab in the properties panel, choose a file format and destination for your output file, and click on the "Render" button to render and save your trimmed video.
That's it! You have now successfully trimmed a video clip in Blender.
