Presentation of the "Word and Stone" Almanac
On November 27, the Pokrovskie Vorota Cultural Center hosted the presentation of the almanac "Word and Stone," a new publication
on sacred architecture and art.
The presentation discussed issues raised in the first issue of the almanac: Tradition and experimental attempts in church art, the image of the modern church, the harmony of interior and exterior, new principles of church interaction with the environment, and much more.

Speakers at the presentation included the magazine's editor-in-chief, architect and head of the Prokhram workshop, Dmitry Ostroumov; art historian Irina Yazykova; artist Father Alexei Trunin; and architect Dmitry Lysy.
