Ingredients:
sugar 1 cup
water 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Salt
Flour
Method:
Put sugar, water and put them to boil
Mix well and wait till all the sugar dissolves
Pour ghee and let the syrup boil for 2 - 3 minutes on low flame
Take off the boiling syrup off the flame and pour it in a bowl and let it cool.
Add a pinch of salt, enough flour to make a soft kneaded dough.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it into 2 'mm thick roti
Cut them into small square or diamond-shaped pieces
Deep fry them till golden brown in color on medium flame.
Once done, take them out on a kitchen towel.
Cool them and store them in an airtight container.
