Bicep & Triceps Super Set Workout (Resistance Band).

A Bicep & Triceps Super Set Workout using resistance bands is an excellent way to build arm strength and definition without weights. Supersets allow you to target opposing muscle groups (biceps and triceps) without resting between exercises, making the workout more efficient.

Here’s a simple but effective Bicep & Triceps Super Set Workout you can do with resistance bands:

Bicep & Triceps Resistance Band Super Set Workout
Warm-Up (2-3 minutes):

Arm Circles: 30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backward
Shoulder Rolls: 30 seconds
Band Pull-Apart: Hold the band with both hands and stretch it apart to warm up your shoulders and upper back.
Workout Structure:
Perform each exercise in a superset format (1 bicep exercise followed by 1 triceps exercise).
Perform 3 sets per superset.
Rest 30 seconds between each superset.
Super Set 1:

Resistance Band Bicep Curls

Stand on the middle of the resistance band with both feet.
Hold the handles (or ends of the band) with palms facing forward.
Curl your hands toward your shoulders, focusing on contracting the biceps.
Lower back slowly.
Reps: 12-15
Resistance Band Overhead Triceps Extension

Stand with one foot on the middle of the band.
Hold the band behind your head with both hands, elbows bent.
Press your hands upward, fully extending your arms.
Slowly return to the starting position.
Reps: 12-15
Super Set 2:

Resistance Band Hammer Curls

Stand on the resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
Hold the band handles or ends with palms facing inward (neutral grip).
Curl your hands up, keeping your palms facing each other.
Lower back slowly.
Reps: 12-15
Resistance Band Triceps Kickbacks

Secure the band under your feet or behind you (in a door anchor or similar).
Bend at your hips slightly, holding the band with palms facing inward.
Extend your arms straight behind you, squeezing the triceps.
Return to the starting position.
Reps: 12-15
Super Set 3:

Resistance Band Concentration Curls

Sit on a bench or chair.
Place the middle of the band under your foot and hold one end in one hand.
Rest your elbow on your inner thigh and curl the band up, focusing on the biceps.
Switch sides after completing the reps on one arm.
Reps: 10-12 per arm
Resistance Band Triceps Pushdowns (using a door or sturdy anchor)

Attach the resistance band to a high anchor point.
Hold the handles or ends with palms facing down.
Push the band down, fully extending your arms.
Return to starting position.
Reps: 12-15
Cool Down (1-2 minutes):
Triceps Stretch: 30 seconds per arm.
Bicep Stretch: Extend your arm out straight, palms up, and gently pull your fingers back to stretch the bicep for 30 seconds.
Tips:

Focus on controlled, slow movements to maximize muscle engagement.
Adjust the resistance by shortening or lengthening the band.
Keep your elbows close to your body during all exercises to maintain proper form.
This routine target both the biceps and triceps for a balanced arm workout, providing strength and tone using only resistance bands.
