Control Bounce Expression With The Speed Graph
The bounce expression has the effect of creating a bounce animation based upon the velocity at which it reaches a key frame. With this is mind, we are able to adjust the amount of bounce we get by adjusting the speed at which it arrives at a key frame.
So if we animate the layer’s position from one end of the screen to the other in only 10 frames, we will generate some bounce. If we add some ease to the end key frame, we can reduce the bounce we receive until the layer no longer bounces at all.
Alternatively, we can add ease at the start key frame and increase the speed at which we arrive at the end key frame and so, as long as we reduce the ease in to the final key frame we can increase the amount of bounce we receive.
