Planning out your meals in Tap Forms 5 - Episode 5
In the fifth episode we add a photo field to our recipes so that we can get a picture in the single column list view and then we leverage scripting to copy meals entries to multiple days. This covers using the prompter to ask for input on how many days, doing some date manipulation in the scripting engine and then saving it back to Tap Forms. We uncover a quirk along the way around the behaviour of the record variable and work around it.
We also have some bonus SFX from a near by train that just wants us to know it’s there.
