Welcome to our channel! Today, we're making a delicious and creamy mango ice cream at home. This easy mango ice cream recipe requires only a few ingredients and no ice cream maker. Let's get started!

Ingredients:
For Condensed Milk:
Milk: 1/2 litre
Sugar: 1/2 cup
For Mango Ice Cream:
Mangoes: 300g
Condensed milk (prepared from above)
Whipping cream: 1 pack (200ml)
Instructions
Preparing the Condensed Milk
1.Combine Milk and Sugar: In a saucepan, combine 1/2 litre of milk and 1/2 cup of sugar.
2.Cook the Mixture: Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reduces to about half its original volume and thickens. This will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
3.Cool: Let the homemade condensed milk cool completely.
Preparing the Mango Puree
1.Peel and Chop Mangoes: Peel and chop 300g of ripe mangoes.
2.Blend: In a blender, blend the chopped mangoes and condensed milk into a smooth puree.
Making the Ice Cream Mixture
1.Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip 200ml of whipping cream until soft peaks form.
2.Fold Together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango-condensed milk mixture. Ensure it's well combined, but do not overmix.
Freezing the Ice Cream
1.Transfer to Container: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
2.Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or until the ice cream is set.
Serving:
Scoop and Serve: Scoop out the creamy mango ice cream and serve immediately. Enjoy the refreshing taste of homemade mango ice cream!
