Supplements are a huge market, valued at over $50 billion a year in the US alone. Influencers and celebrities frequently sell their own bespoke vitamin blends - but despite the marketing, they all come from the same factories, for vastly inflated prices with zero concern for your well-being. To investigate, I went and made my own custom vitamin brand, to show precisely how little thought goes into the process, and why you're being taken advance of by para-social relationships with wellness grifters.
