The Art of Bulling Countries to Backdown (Guide)
I looked into the game files to better understand how backing down works. With this knowledge, i made this code-based indepth guide to Backing down in diplomatic plays for the game victoria 3 (VIC 3) by paradox interactive. With the presented knowledge, players can maximize the chance so that their enemies will back down. This video was made with the 1.5.12 Patch.
