Toshiba TIMM CRT Video/Raster Problem
Any CRT techs out there have any idea what might be causing this problem? The TV sat for about a year in climate controlled storage. Fired it up to this scrambled display. All video sources (RF, composite, RGB) have the same display problem including VGA/480p (31.5khz) video. The on-screen display still works fine, albeit jittery.
