Making handrail Post Caps
Shaping small Handrail parts without losing your fingers.
This Custom Walnut handrail project required us to make some Post Caps using the profile of the Rail. the stair is a classic Georgian colonial . The rail will miter into the post caps.
Due to the small nature of the parts, we need to shape them using a sled that holds the part safely.
