Why do we need to only seek those things which are above?

1-Why do we have to always and only seek what is above - what does it mean?
Matthew 6:33 « But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. »

2- Where do we need to seek these things from above? Luke 17:21 « nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you. »

3- Why do we have to seek things above? because Christ is seated 🪑 at the right hand of God and interceding for us Colossians 3:1 « If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. » Romans 8:34 « Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. »

4- If we don’t seek things above, what will the enemy try to do? Genesis 13:10 « And Lot lifted his eyes and saw all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered everywhere (before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah) like the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt as you go toward Zoar. »
Genesis 19:26 « But his wife looked back behind him, and she became a pillar of salt. »

5- Who was the best example in the first early Church (ADC) seeking things above? Even when being stoned? Acts 7:55 « But Stephen, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven (“I see heaven open) and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God »

Sometimes we complain as if Heaven is closed over us and there is no answer to our prayers… because we seek only those things that are on earth 🌍, especially things that are impure and not according to God’s Will. If we seek all things that are above and His presence more persistently, Heaven will open!!!
