Ingredients:
4 Large Potatoes
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1/4 C Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning Mix
1 Tsp. Pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Peel & cut potatoes into equal size cubes (as shown in the video).
3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1/2 Tbsp. of salt & 1 Tbsp. baking soda. (*Adding baking soda during the boiling process is what gives the potatoes their crispiness while baking*). Add potatoes to the pot & boil for 15-20 minutes (until a fork can pierce through easily).
4. Drain potatoes & let cool for 10 minutes.
5. In a large mixing bowl, add to the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, pepper, the remaining 1/2 Tbsp. salt & toss well until all potatoes are evenly coated.
6. Transfer onto a baking pan & bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the potatoes have reached desired color/crispy texture.
They’re quite addictive & filling! 😊
