Fish and Grits Recipe
Today we will be showing you how to make an old southern staple Fish and Grits. Not just any fish, we used the freshest red snapper and perch but you can use whatever fish you have available to you. I will be breading them in the slack yo mama bredder and I'm excited to taste it. There has been some controversy around sweet or savory grits and I have to be honest I was raised putting sugar butter and milk in my grits. After some time I was introduced to the salt, pepper, and cheesy grits to go along with my fish. I guess you can say I have no stance in the argument I like both. Either way, they both are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 .
