Paul Stanley, originally named Stanley Bert Eisen, is an American musician. He helped start the hard rock band Kiss in 1973 and was the lead singer, one of the guitarists, and one of the main writers of their songs until they stopped performing in 2023. Stanley created The Starchild character for his role in Kiss. In 2014, he was honored by being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as part of Kiss.
