Robotic Washer Loading and Tray Stacking
This custom engineered solution from Matrix Design features a Fanuc robot tending both the infeed and outfeed conveyor of a washing system. This automation cell can handle multiple part types and wash hundreds of parts an hour due to the conveyance system being able to handle trays with various parts on them.
Additionally, this system includes multiple bays where operators can load trays of parts which allow the system to run unattended for extended periods of time.
