Drawer Fed Automation with Palletization
Parts are fed into this custom process automation system via automation drawers and queued for hours. Fanuc robots are used load and unload machine tools (aka machine tending). This happens while parts are also being blown off, laser etched, thread gauged, dipped in an RP (rust preventative) solution. Parts are then accumulated and dried off on an accumulation conveyor, before they are robotically palletized in outbound dunnage trays.
